酒店服務非常好，前台小姐姐很貼心，空調非常好用，中央空調就是好，温度很高，這是我從進入雲南後從昆明一路到墨江以來住的酒店空調最好的一個酒店了，值得表揚👍。性價比很高，特別是房間設施、吊燈、鏡子、電梯圖案都是我喜歡的。
唯一需要改善的是早餐再晚點結束就更好了。

表面直接看到的設施都還可以，但是細節不夠
衞生：一些看到的地方，明顯的細節，會讓人感覺衞生不是那麼好，新開沒多久的酒店，就感覺舊舊的
環境：位置倒是挺方便的，但是停車很不方便，需要晚上有車位了再挪車

隔音不是太好，晚上馬路上的車就像從身邊開過一樣，睡眠質量好的可以住。另外，酒店價目表非常透明，房間內每一樣物品都是明碼標價的。前台員工帶着孩子上班，也是挺不容易的，老闆給漲漲工資吧，哈哈

前台孫客服的服務細心細緻周到，逢問必耐心微笑回答，如沐春風。我們到酒店很晚了，還幫我們留着房間，有特殊要求也盡力幫忙更換。酒店設施齊全，停車場，電梯，自動窗簾，智能馬桶，茶吧等等一應俱全。最貼心的是為客人在床頭備了一根不需要掃碼交費的三頭充電線。毛巾床單都是嶄新嶄新的，想開窗簾就喊“小明，小明打開窗簾”即可，方便舒適，像到了家一樣！餐廳明亮舒適大氣，電梯獨具特色
